Become a member of the Robbers Roost Trail Committee and help support trail maintenance, responsible OHV use, and the future of the Robbers Roost trail system. Annual membership dues are $25. After you submit your application, a team member will contact you to arrange payment.

Membership and Liability Waiver

I desire to volunteer for the Robbers Roost Trail Committee and participate in activities related to being a member. I understand that these activities may include physical labor, building fences, erecting signage, digging holes, and off-road travel in my own vehicle or in vehicles supplied by the Committee, another volunteer, or an affiliated organization.

1. Waiver and Release

I release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Robbers Roost Trail Committee, its affiliated organizations, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, or demands of any nature, either in law or equity, which arise or may later arise from my membership or volunteer activities.

2. Insurance

I understand that the Robbers Roost Trail Committee and its affiliated organizations do not assume responsibility for providing financial or other assistance, including medical, health, disability benefits, or insurance of any kind, in the event of injury, illness, death, or damage to my property.

3. Medical Treatment

I release and forever discharge the Robbers Roost Trail Committee and its affiliated organizations from any claim arising from first-aid treatment or other medical services provided during an emergency connected to my participation as a member.

4. Photographic Release

I grant and convey to the Robbers Roost Trail Committee and its affiliated organizations all rights, title, and interest in photographs, images, video recordings, or audio recordings of me, my likeness, or my voice created in connection with my membership or volunteer service.

5. Other

I agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

Membership Requirements

Members agree to follow all membership duties described in the Robbers Roost Trail Committee Bylaws.

Members also agree to follow all applicable Utah licensing requirements and laws concerning off-highway vehicle use during group rides. When participating in rides outside Utah, members agree to follow all applicable licensing, permit, and OHV laws for that state.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Membership Application and Liability Waiver. I voluntarily accept its terms and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights.

I agree to follow the duties of membership described in the Robbers Roost Trail Committee Bylaws.

I agree to follow all applicable OHV education, licensing, permit, and operating laws while participating in Committee activities.
